Truble with purchacing gold member ship and new account

My son has been banned for life. I wath Netflix on my XBOX. I have created a new account so I can watch TV and now I can not purchace a Gold Membership. There is nothing wrong with my methods of payment. Is my console banned?? Con  sole (Mod Removed)

Please help! If this has happened, Is there a way I can fix this problem so I can wath Netflix? (Mod Removed)

Turn the console on and try to connect to LIVE, if you get a 'this console has been banned from connecting to LIVE message' then its been banned and that is permanent.

Try that then get back to us asap, if it isn't a console ban we can try and figure your issue out.

Also click the edit button under you post (pencil) as you might want to remove personal info such as a telephone number and E mail address from a public forum.

OK well if you have no other cards to try and use all I could suggest would be to phone support for your region first thing Monday morning. I can not find any other information but that I'm afraid for the 'payment method issue'.

OK Deborah, good to hear its not a console issue.

So you will need to create a whole new account, is this one your posting with the new one you just created?.

Could you tell us the exact message you get when it fails to upgrade to gold?.
(r does it say there is a problem with the payment method

The message clearly says that this account has been suspended until 12/31/999 ( my son's account only)

It does not say anything about the console. Will you please help me figure this out. Thank you (Mod Removed)
