Trouble renewing LIVE

There are multiple gamertags on my console and on only one of them, every time I try to renew my expired membership it keeps giving me the same error message: "Cannot retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later."

This also happens when I try to do it from xbox.com, and only on the one gamertag.

I've tried multiple cards and still the same thing.

Help?

Try checking billing.microsoft.com to see if there is anything wrong with your account. If you can't find anything there, you'll probably need to call support and talk to billing.
