Transferring my content licenses

I have no idea which category this should be in, really, but I think Account Management fits.

I'll give you a brief lowdown. I went to www.xbox.com/drm and put the password in to authorise, then it told me I needed to sign into my new xbox within 30 minutes and I couldn't because it was updating the dashboard very slowly so I pressed cancel to cancel the license transfer process because it wouldn't be done within 30 minutes.

Now it's telling me to wait until 19th January 2012 and I didn't use the service. Anything MS can do?

Try giving support a call. They don't usually do license transfers but in this situation they might make an exception support.xbox.com/call-us.
