I have recently bought a new Xbox 360 hard drive with more memory space than the one I currently use. I want to transfer everything from the older one to the newer one. I've seen guides that usually involve transferring to new Xboxes (especially the slimmer Xbox 360 type of console), but what I'm aiming to do does not even involve a different console, just swapping one drive for another.
If I'm reading this right:
-I unplug the older hard drive, let's call it Drive A, from the console.
-I attach the newer one, Drive B, onto the console where A once was.
-I plug in the Transfer Cable from the Xbox to Drive A.
-I make the transfer.
Are these the correct steps?
Thank you very much.
