Transfer Cable from Xbox 360 arcade (white DVD) to Xbox 360 E

Hello

I have a transfer cable that i got free from Microsoft sometimes around 2008 or 2009 when the 120gb hard drive first came out. I transfered content from my day one Xbox 360 to a 2010 Xbox 360 arcade.

Today I bought an Xbox 360 E and want to transfer the stuff from the Xbox 360 arcade to the Xbox 360 E.

Is there any known problems with the transfer cable between Xbox 360 arcade and Xbox 360 E? Thanks.

Not that I am aware of. You should be able to transfer your content with no issues.

Answer

The only thing you have to worry about is plugging in and unplugging a hard drive from the body too many times as it will spread the contacts out over time. But that takes a lot of inserting and removing to do that, so you should be good for a long time. I have not heard of any manufacturing issues with the transfer cables, the old ones, nor the new ones. So you're good to go.
