Today's Update Red ringed my xbox.

Like about 20 minutes ago i decided i wanted to play. I turn on my xbox 360 and sign in to live. Thats when it asked me to update. I tought that was weird because i was playing online like an hour before i decided to play again. So i go ahead and update. It starts downloading and after it finished the xbox 360 restarted and booted up again but when it got to the screen that has the logo with the words "xbox 360" on the bottom i heard a weird sound and the xbox froze there. So i waited a few minutes but nothing happened so i went ahead and restarted the xbox. Now it doesnt boot up and just gives three blinking lights on the 360. After that i went to my brothers room and turned on his xbox and then signed in and it never asked to update it just signed in like normal. So i though its probably because he has the new slim xbox. So i got his white xbox 360 and connected it and signed and it also didnt ask me to update. The UPDATE DISSAPPEARED!!!

Did this happen to anybody?

What can i do?

If that guide didn't do the trick, you'll need to set up a repair here.
