three red lights.

my xbox360 is giving me 3 red lights and my power supply light is green.i have contacted xbox customer support and they said that my xbox360 will be exchanged .but i have not gotten any box to send my xbox360 .10 days have gone and nothing so microsoft kindly exchange my xbox360 fast.

I know you have contacted Xbox Support. But try again and give them your request number and hopefully they will give you an update on your console.

well i have checked my service status but it has not progressed any further from first step.11 days have gone but microsoft is not helping me. i wasted my hard earned money on xbox360.i buyed it becoz i like gears of war but now i cant play. MICROSOFT PLEASE EXCHANGE MY XBOX360.

They should had given you a Service Request Number for you Xbox 360. Here's to check the status on your console: myservice.xbox.com/.../Welcome.aspx
