My console froze up and when I restarted it, I got the three red lights on the front. The power supply was green and I tried restarting it a few times with no luck. This site said to start a replacement request which I did. After setting that up, I turned it on the next day to try and get the game disc and hard drive out and it started working perfectly again.
I'm worried that if I send it in now, I'll get charged for it not being defective. I'm also worried that if it happened once, it is likely to happen again. I emailed their support and explained this but didn't get any response back. What is the suggestion here? Thanks.
