Three chat sessions and still no resolution. Please help.


My account was hacked a few hours ago and my details changed. I only use this to watch Netflix so as soon as I saw a receipt for other than the monthly fee I knew something was wrong 

I've changed my password and stopped further payments however after three chat sessions and 15 mins on hold on my mobile no one apparently can help me reverse the tag payment and name change they did.

Is there a way to stop the tag payment and leave me as I was? can anyone help with this or am I now saddled with a £6.95 bill and strangers name forever?
