They tell me that my email in ID Live is wrong but it's right!!

Hi I got problem

Just bought a 360 slim with kinect and can not transfer my old profile from old x360 that I had 2 years ago.

When I try to use "password remembering" function, I put my email which is 100% correct (because I still have emails from Microsoft on it) and system tells that there is no such email in database.

So...I thought ok. Meybe they deleted it, let's register once more. So I go to register page and put my old email - now system is telling me that THERE IS ACCOUNT ON THAT EMAIL !!!! Damn!? What it's all about? I need my profile back, I was playing on it couple years (just forgot my passwd right now).


PLEEEEAAASE HELP !!!!

Hey there Panko! Since your WLID hasn't been used in such a long time, it has probably become inactive. You can contact Windows Live support by going to https://login.live.com, clicking on the "Can't access your account?" link, selecting the second option, clicking the "reset your password" link, filling out the information, and selecting the "Customer Support" option when it comes up. Fill out all the information you can and they will get back to you as soon as they can. Thanks!
