The Tenure/Year has reset?

A few days ago, my profile had the tenure as a year (1), but now when I logged on today it's just reset back to 0?

Is it a service problem, or...?

Well try downloading your profile to the Xbox again and see if that works. If not you can wait a day or two and see if that fixes it.

Yeah, I tried re-downloading it and no luck I'm afraid.

But thanks, I'll give it a day or two and see if it fixes itself.

hello sophie, sorry to hear about your reset issue.  Could you try logging on to live.com with your xbox credentials and change either your email or password and then try redownloading your profile with the new credentials.  Seems like your system lost contact somehow.
