The Answer i Got - Unhappy isnt the word

Spoke to Microsoft Store where i purchased item and now getting a refund and not in so many words told there have been quiet a few with problems, why release a machine that doesnt work out the box i think customer services has been a joke, they want to take our money but not give us a working product we pay for.

I was even offered to get it repaired what a joke its under a week old, i asked for a refund just awaiting shipping label and its going back, they couldnt even offer me a replacement
