The ambassador account thinks im a customer!

After almost a week of living heck to get this bot to finally add me, now that it has, it thinks im a customer! I'm a little frustrated, I'm trying to do this program with a buddy of mine and it is just turning out to be a bad idea. I try to visit the support forums for the guide to fix the problem and it tells me the forums have been removed, almost like I don't have permission to view that paticular page. I am 100% positive that I have been accepted into the program, it even lets me log in to ambassadors.xbox.com. I am all out of ideas, It's been roughly 2-3 weeks since I've been accepted. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

&& On the forums it doesn't say I'm an ambassador. grr.

So I officially got this thing to work, but now for some reason I don't have ambassador on the forums? Help? and I'm 100% sure I'm an ambassador...

Hello,

Your Ambassador icon just hasn't showed up on your gamer card which is preventing you from being able to view the Ambassadors private forum. However, I do see that you are an Ambassador by looking at your profile here.

You should PM Mister Darcy, Miss Kleo, or Miss Portia by finding a post of theres and clicking on the little envelope under it. They should be able to resolve that for you quite easily.
