Terms of use French problem.

Every time I recover my acount or look at the Terms of use it is in French but the language set on my acount is English. How do I fix this? Thanks.

No I do not. You should check the TOU on your acount to see what language its in you might be surprised.

I have Canada (English) selected so I don't know what could possible be up with your TOU. I probably wouldn't worry too much about it as you always have access to it on this site.

What TOU were you looking at ?  The dashboard or xbox.com one.

Xbox.com one, I'm away from my Xbox 360 at the moment but I will quickly check when I get home.

Alright man, just change your Xbox 360 default language and/or your Xbox LIVE account language.
