Terms and conditions issues

As of October 31, I have been unable to accept the new Xbox terms of use. When I try to accept it on console I have to enter a parent account, but when I enter my parent account's information I am told that the password I entered is invalid. I recently changed the password on my parent's account so I know I am entering the right password. I also cannot accept the terms of use through the online page because I get thrown in a loop.

When online goto the page that requests the terms of service to be accepted.

1. Click accept. You will be forwarded to a login page

2. Log in with parent account

3. Click accept again
