Terms and Con.

I can’t accept the new terms and con on my Xbox live account, because when I go to conform with my parent account it say that that my parent account doesn't exist. I can't change the password or recover the account because it says that it doesn't exist.

To get back access to your account you will have to determine weather the parental Microsoft account (MSA) is now inactive or is it just the actual email is inactive.

To test if the MSA is inactive you will have to go to account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx and attempt a PW reset on your MSA.

If it states that the Microsoft account is incorrect then the MSA is inactive and you will have to contact Xbox Support, if it allows you access the reset options for the Parental MSA you will have to go to http://account.live.com/acsr and complete the recovery form.

If you complete enough info you will be issues a PW reset link, if you haven't you will get an email stating that.

If you cannot reset the PW for your account you will get an "Account recover issue number" at the bottom of the rejection email.

At that point contact Xbox Support when you have the  number and are with your console and they will be able to assist you further
