I'm trying to accept the terms and conditions following the new patch update, and it keeps asking for a parent to accept it. This is a second hand machine, and the parent in question cannot remember the password, so at the moment I have another 6mths of Xbox Live GOLD that I have paid you for that I cannot use!!!
There is no option for a reminder of the password to be sent to the email address that is being used either, so how do I get this reset, or get a reminder or option to change the password sent to the email address in questions (which is not a windows live id account)?
To say I am seriously peeved is an understatement - please can someone provide a resolution to this asap
