tenure problem

my tenure was 4 on top my gamertag but today bumped to 3  i cleeared the cach redownloaded the profile but none of them worked  

please fix this issue

They wont fix the issue.There is mixed information they are saying and it seems like they are moving on and saying the way it is now is how it will be. I would call phone support and complain about how poor the support has been on here.

thats realy anoying dude...every time i contact to support they never helped at all ....they just give you a link to froums and at last nothing happens xbox support its just show :|

Hello PROGMaticX! No one here has said we won't fix the issue! We definitely want to make sure everyone is getting the right help for their issue.
 

That being said, taking a look at your account, I'm only seeing 3 years of Xbox LIVE Gold. Do you think you could visit accounts.live.com and add up your subscription history time and let us know what you're seeing? Make sure to remember any Silver time doesn't count toward the total for tenure!

http://commerce.live.com can go back year-by-year and show your periods of Xbox LIVE subscription. Please report back when you have report on when you had the Gold subscription.
