Tenure of 6 years to Zero

Hello Everyone
So I was just wondering, my tenture of being on Xbox live for 6 years went down to zero today. My Xbox live did run out and I put in a 12 month today but it is saying that I've been a member since today, even thou I have been a member for many years. How would I be able to get that fixed?

Sorry to hear about your situation.

How long was the lapse between the Silver/Free account to the renewal to Gold?

There might be a grace period (not sure if there is one), but after that, the tenure expires.

Sorry, but there is no way to recover the tenure.

Sorry this didn't help.

Not correct. Your tenure is accumulative. It never expires even if you stay silver for years.

If you were recently silver it can take a couple of days for tenure to return after going gold again.

If tenure doesn't return then it is down to a glitch and you would need to contact twitter support. @xboxsupport

Or get the attention of support staff on these forums.

Hmm alright. I already got trolls messaging me, saying they will call Xbox because I am a hacker. Heh, funny but annoying. I thought the tenure is supposed to be accumulative. I guess I'll wait a day and see what happens
