Tenure not showing on Xbox One but is on Xbox 360...

HELP!!!  on Wednesday I purchased an Xbox One console.  Hooked it up and entered my Microsoft Account email address and password to download my gamertag "SHaMROCK 73".  Then my wife "TiNABEANA 7O" did the same, then my son "JaKEY PuPu 01" did the same, and finally my daughter "ALLY BeLLY 03" got her information entered into Xbox One.

For my wife, son and daughter, when the go into Setting, About Me, on Xbox One it shows a big picture of their Avatar with their gamerscore and above the gamerscore is a green circle with a number inside that is their tenure on Xbox live.  4 for JaKEY PuPu 01, 3 for TiNABEANA 7O, and 3 for ALLY BeLLY 03.  These numbers are the same as they appear on Xbox 360 in the gold/orange bar or in the Tenure section of their profile.

For me SHaMROCK 73 it does not show a green circle with my tenure of 10 years.  But this information is shown on Xbox 360.

I have called 1-800-4-MY-XBOX and they see that I have 2 pages of duplicate account information on their screen.  They can verify account transactions dating back to 2003.  I first got Xbox Live on my Xbox Original in 2003.  So that is correct.  But there screen shows tenure of 0 years.  I have had this same gamertag through THREE generations of Xbox and I want my tenure fixed to show that!!! 

How is it showing correctly on Xbox 360, but not on your end or on the Xbox One???

They were USELESS on the phone and told me to go to the forum for help so don't refer me back to them.

Click you profile on XB1 dashboard. Then go to my profile. It be on the bottom right corner where your XB1 gamerpic is.

It's not!!!  I know where is "should be" I see it there for my wife, son and daughter.  It's NOT there!!!

Nothing?  Xbox support made it sound as if the forums would quicklt solve my problem!!!

U know ur gamescore and rep at.  That it will be. If it not still there. Take a pic of your profile. And any XCA and forum tech support will see what wrong.

Again, I know where it should be seen.  It's not there.  I will take a picture but can pictures even be posted to this forum?

During your conversation with Support, did they at any point ask you to remove and re-add your profile to the console?

Pictures cannot be posted here (would need to be a link to an external photo-hosting site), but considering you know the design of the Tenure badge (green circle) I feel it's safe to say you know where to look for it...

Yes, we did remove my profile from both my Xbox 360 and re add it and remove it form Xbox One and re add it.  I will mention that I have 4 Xbox 360 consoles and only removed and re added from one.  The other three are not used very often by me and my profile.

So you only removed it from a 360? But is the problem not one the One? Could you try removing your profile off there and re-adding it again?

No I did remove it form my XBOX ONE already.  I removed it from my XBOX ONE then re added it.  I also removed it from my XBOX 360 and re added it.  But I did not do it for the XBOX 360s in my son's room, my daughter's room or the one I have in my wife and my bedroom.  This afternoon I actually did a full factor reset of my XBOX ONE thinking it might help, but it did not!

I thought this would be resolved already?  How will it ever be resolved if my info on Xbox support's computer says my tenure is 0 years.
