Tenure Issues

I have had my xbox live account for 10 years. Until the other day it showed a 10 on my gamer card, now is currently an 8. I tried deleting profile and clearing system cash, and it hasn't worked. I have been in contact with the xbox support team. I was just wondering if you guys are still working on this issue?
