Tenure issue

Hi.  My Tenure is suppose to show 10 years, but it still shows 6 years.  I followed all the steps to try and resolve, but it still shows the incorrect year.

I got my Tenure correct, but I had to do fix it bt downloading my profile onto my brother's Xbox.  The correct tenure displayed on his Xbox.  Then I went back to my own Xbox and downloaded my profile again which now shows the correct tenure there.

Last night in my friends list, my late brother's gamertag showed 9 years. The last time I logged in with his gamertag from his Xbox was back in 12/26/2012.  Got worried that if I turned on his Xbox, his tenure would be affected. I know his tenure should be 10 already. So I got his Xbox out of storage, plugged it in, and turned it on.  So glad it showed 10.  I know it sounds ridiculous, but I want to keep his account active (Gold) for as long as I can.

Hey there, If you have followed all the steps in the this thread then I believe that's all you can do while Xbox works on a fix for it: forums.xbox.com/.../441105.aspx

I have seen threads of other users getting their tenure back and it was just fixed after signing in one day so might just have to be patience. Hope it works out for you!
