Tenure issue

I have followed the steps in the sticky and deleted my profile, waited, and downloaded again. Still showing 6, not 9. I'll keep watching for an update. Just wanted to let you know the suggested fix hasn't worked for me.

Clearing cache did not help. Sticky did not specify when to clear cache i.e. after removing profile before turning off system for 30min; before removing profile; after powering system back on and downloading profile; before downloading profile; etc.

I tried it every different way I could think of, still no resolution.

Thanks for posting follow-up on this.  We need Microsoft support to update the sticky and let us know what is being done to fix this, because the current info in the sticky is incorrect.

a) when you noticed the change

b) what it is showing now, and,

c) based on a review of your http://commerce.microsoft.com records, what your subscription history is.

Don't see a need to start a new thread, there are enough already.  Will continue to add to this one. I didn't notice the change in my tenure, a friend did and messaged me. When I was made aware of it, I checked the support forums here, so somewhere around the 30th of January. Either way, I am still showing 6 and should be showing 9. I have an unbroken string of XBL Gold since 5/20/2003.

Same thing happened to me, I've had Xbox live gold since 2006, always gold, I was at 6 years tenured and my Xbox live just expired. So I redeemed a 3 month Xbox live and my tenure got reset to 5 years when I am obviously closer to 7 years.

Also tried clearing cache, turning off for 30 minutes, deleting profile and re downloading and nothing works. Last I will point out that I chatted online with Microsoft employees for the second time (1st was last night) and they said that for those whose tenure has messed up after 1/25/2013 (or more recently ie last couple of days) the previous methods are not working.

I just want miss kleo or whatever administrator to add my gamertag/name to this list you guys have.

I have been a member since 7/7/2009 and my tenure was changed  from 3 to 2. I would know because i've seen it before, and i know what my profile has been. (and it was a 3 instead of a 2) Also it happened on the 1/22/2013 because it shows that date on my account on the dashboard and thats when i updated my friends xbox to the latest dashboard. I clicked on account in settings --> went to membership --> clicked on xbox live gold and said that i had a one month prepaid xbox live gold which is wrong... And it said that my gold was to run out on the 5/19/2013.... So whats up with all that?

They gave everyone a free month of live after the cloud storage was not working at one point in December.
