Tenure error

My xbox live account is at 9 years and my silver just ran out today. I immediately purchased a one month xbox live gold and now my whole 9 years is gone. I am aware of the errors xbox live has been having but just wanted to post in the support section. I want them to know the error still exists. I know about the tenure system and mine should be 9 and corrected. Hopefully this issue can be resolved.

I logged off for the night and my tenure this morning is back! It fixed itself, I guess. Thanks for the support and response @Mister Ohnaka
