System Error PUE1041

This error keeps coming up every time I try to purchase something from the store.  It doesn't matter if I'm on the xbox, the website, or the smartglass app, it keeps giving me this error.  Other accounts on the system can download things fine.

Can someone help?

 Can you double check the error code or grab a screen shot of it? When did this problem start? Have you recently changed regions on your account? Are you a child account part of a family account? In the meantime, try power cycling your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds or until the Xbox One console turns off, then boot it back up, and try again. If the power cycle doesn't work, let us know the additional information above. Thanks,
