System error (0x80070079) even with perfect connection

I am having the error code in which connection to Xbox live is lost and yet I am still able to play games on Xbox live and I am still in Xbox live. I just can't download new games or updates for some strange reason. It didn't do this like 3 weeks ago so I don't get what the problem is.

So I looked at my network details. All 4 bars of connection to my router are full, my latency is 97ms, my packet loss is 0%, and my Wireless strength is 100% so I don't see what the problem is. A perfect internet connection while also being able to connect to the internet and yet I can't download much anything because when I try the update just will ether not work or will work and stop every 20% or so which is really annoying having to start the download back up again.

Anyone know how to fix this?
