Hi there. For the past 2 months, I've been trying to change the accounts associated with my main account. I've created a 3rd throw account and followed all the steps on the support page and i've had no success.
I've called Tech Support MULTIPLE times. They just keep telling me they'll escalate the problem to the higher up's, and they'll email me about this problem. I see no Email.
Everytime I try and switch the accounts, I get this error; "Sorry we cannot switch your microsoft account right now. Please try again later." I know there's a 30 day wait period and i've waited 2 months, and i've been getting the same error. Is it because I tried using a USB on another console to try and switch the accounts on another console? I do not have a console at home because I sold it to get ready for next gen.
Please... Somebody get back to me on this. I want to switch accounts by the 22nd of this month...
