This was the worst phone support/service I have received in my entire life! I explained my issue several times which fell on deaf ears. I was repeatedly told I there was nothing they could do for me, that I would need to handle it myself with my bank. The phone call took 41 minutes, when the call was ended by one of your supervisors who hung up on me. I felt as if I was mislead and swindled out of my hard earned money.
