Suspension of account for a problem with payment options

How long do suspensions due to a problem with payment options last? I have tried to change the payment option and it did not go back to normal. I also put in a code to a 3 month gold membership card and it still did not work. What do I do? Can you help me?

I am having the same problem with an active debt card that never has been deactivated. I also recently was added to my Dad's 1 year Family gold acount, but  it shows that I have a 1 month gold membership instead.

You'll want to call support for help with this issue. They are the only ones who can help with billing issues.

They can help? That's funny. I have called about three times because my account was hacked and I somehow had a $15.98 that I owed them? To this very day I am not able to download nor redeem my pre-paid cards. I shouldn't have to pay for somebody elses purchases. All I wanted was for them to remove the money owed so I could finally download and redeem my codes. Please help.

If your account was compromised, you should call up phone support (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) and ask to open an Unauthorized Access claim. They will lock your account and investigate accordingly.

Interesting. My GT: Rebel Leader  

I got the suspended due to payment option etc, but I looked on Microsoft billing online and it says my billing charges went through! And this is correct because my card is active and there is plenty of moolah on it. Unfortunately I issued a UA before seeing the "suspended due to payment option", now I have to wait till it expires. Also, I got an email saying market place theft! SO WHICH IS IT!?? LOL I never stole or downloaded anything illegally so I'm so confused.
