About 9months ago I was removed from my household, so my friend came into possession of my Xbox, along with the 12 month Xbox live Gold, around 8months remaining(?), on it. I told him to change the credit card information as soon as possible so nothing like this would happen... It has just recently come back into my possession and it seems he never did and now my account is suspended/inactive because of it... At the time being, I'm unable to call to get this all sorted out. But the credit card(s) that are saved on my Xbox cannot be removed, nor do I have one to 'replace' it with. I'm not saying "Fix this now, not my fault" but more along the lines of "easiest way to get this all corrected". Mind you, I am still under the age of 18, so some 'parental locks' are still in place to my knowledge. And I do not live with anyone of 'parental' rights... Quiet a dilemma..... I'd rather not wait until December where these locks allow me full control of my xbox...
Xbox was not in my care for a while, credit cards are now invalid and have made my account unable to connect, under age of 18 with no possible way of removing credit card info or replacing them, old parental figures do not exist in new household.
Any other information needed please ask and thank you for your time,
