When I try to get onto xbox live it gives me this message "your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management." After I press "Update Profile"
and choose the credit card I want to use (I know it has enough money on it). It then just closes the pop up and makes me do it all over, and nothing happens.
When I log onto xbox.com, it is saying I already have Gold Membership. This is annoying me, why can I not play..?
