Suspended

I recieve the message that my account has been suspended for problems with my payment option, thing is that i have never used a credit card to buy a subscription, only some points at various times. at this time i cannot use xbox live. on another note i cannot access the payment options because it says that there is a problem. and when i try to check/edit subscriptions i just get sent to a page where i HAVE to buy a 12 month gold xbox live membership. when i do not want and should not have any form of subscriptions that are paid by credit card.

If you are suspended for a billing violation, you need to call phone support to sort it out.
