Suspended until I update Payment option...?

I have updated my payment option and yet I cannot play xbox. It acts like ive never updated it, i have tried to update multiple times... plz help me!

Have you updated your payment option?

This usually does happen when you have an invalid card on your payment option.

Can you tell me what message you get when you try to remove it?

Please also, check your account information.

billing.microsoft.com

Please correct the information such as billing address etc...
