Suspended until I fix my payment option?

A few days ago, on Xbox.com I removed my credit card and turned off auto renewal, then today when I try to go online I'm greeted with a suspension and told to resolve my issue, but I already removed the card, I tried on Xbox but it didn't work and the xbox.com payment option page is telling me I've found  a glitch in the system, what do I do to fix this so I can play, I was supposed to run out of gold on the 16th and I had a 14 day trial lined up until I get a 12 month code, please help

Because there was an issue with billing where you say you should have not been billed and you were you will need to contact your local Xbox LIVE Phone Support, as they are the only ones who can deal with billing issues.  The phone support number for the US is 1-800-4MY-XBOX.  Sorry to hear that you are having billing issues hopefully they will help resolve it for you.

So calling them is the only way? :( Why even have the option then if it doesn't work :( If I enter my trial now will it override this until I can get some free time to call them?

Yes, since there was an issue with you getting charged when you shouldn't have been then you will need to have it resolved with them.  If you are currently suspended due to payment option you will not be able to play even if you add the trial until the outstanding balance is taken care of.

Well, it's not that I'm getting charged, the card no longer exists, it was cancelled so they can't charge anything to it, I deleted it from my account to (ironically) avoid being suspended hahaha :)

Welll two things first it takes 21 days before you go into suspension for payment option

Did you replace the card with a prepaid visa to get the other card removed?

Because you cant remove a card while the membership is in renewal

So a few days ago you wouldv e been pending in suspension

Turning off autorenewal at that point woulddnt have helped

Since you canceled the card that would be your issue

You owed money and didnt let the transaction clear

You need to turn off autorenewal before your billing date or make sure y our last purchase went thru

Because outstanding balances occur 21days before then on the 21stday Is your suspension

Hi, calling them may not be the only way, I had this issue with an old gamertag. I did ring Microsoft xbox 360 help line, they told me when I had deleted my debit card as a payment option it was a little too late, you have to remove a payment option at least two weeks before the next payment is due, this process is automatic.

If this is not the case ring them up and go from there, if not just like me you removed your payment option too late as the Live system will automatically role your card for payment earlier so the actual payment goes through but this is not common knowledge.

This is what happened to me anyways, the fact that I removed my payment a little too late without knowing that my card had already been issued for the next months payment early so in fact I did owe them by the system for the next months xbox live payment, this was they only way around me. All I did was re-add my card to my payment option, paid what I owed and then everything was fine. Hope this has helped

well i declined my credit card and now im suspended until i update my payment option and so i tryed to get a 3 month card and it says i cant use this card use valid one i tryed tons o things on the xbox 360 support so idk please help me

adding a time card will not solve your issue
