When I sign in says I'm suspended for billing issues. I've updated  them on my 360 multiple times. I've called support 4 times and no help at all they just try to do stuff I've already tried. I haven't gotten to play on my account since 6/19 this is so annoying. I'm on a family gold pack and I'm getting so tired of this please help me. No emails either. I don't get it.

Calling support should definately help you! What exactly did they say? You say you are on a family gold pack...are you the primary or a secondary member?

Go to billing.microsoft.com and pay off anything that says you owe.

That usually happens if there's a pending balance on the account. It won't let you change the primary payment method.

However, you can try adding a new payment method, then go to billing.microsoft.com and perform a service transfer. This will migrate all services associated with the first payment method to the one you just added. It also effectively cancels the old payment method.
