I recently had a card used for purchases on my account, however since it was running low, I got a 60 dollar year gold card in december. Just recently I was told I was suspended due to a problem with my payment option, however, it has only been two months since I put my 1 year card on. This is making me just a bit angry, because I spent all of the money for my 12 months, and am being cut off 10 months short. I have called microsoft three times today with no help from customer support. Anyone have any way of helping me get my gold I payed for back?
