Suspended Due to Payment Option Problem

About a week ago when I tried to sign into Xbox Live with my account xWPx BloodFang, a message popped up saying that there was a problem in my credit card billing information. The Message said
 Your account has been suspended die to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management.  

After updating my account with a new credit card, i thought the problem would be fixed. It wasn't. The problem is still happening even after a week. I would like to know if the suspension will ever wear off, or if it can be removed.

Try the steps below to transfer the balance to your new credit card. If that doesn't work you can contact Xbox support by phone and they can transfer the balance for you.

To transfer your services and balances to a new payment method, follow these steps:

Sign in to the Billing and Account Management website.https://billing.microsoft.com 

Under Your payment methods, click the payment method you want to change.

Under Payment method activity, click Go to payment method information.

Under Payment method information for this account, click Use a different payment method.

Click Add new credit card, and then click Next.

Click Add new Direct Debit, and then click Next.

On the Confirm transfer page, confirm the balances and services you want to transfer, and then click Next.

Enter the information for the new payment method, and then click Save.
