Suspended Due To Payment Method, Help Please.

So I've been banned from Live due to my debit card being taken off. EVEN THOUGH MY MEMBERSHIP RUNS OUT IN MAY 2012!

But never the less I add a new payment option; a valid debit card and select it as my new payment method.

No luck, I'm still banned, The box comes up saying I'm banned, I click update payment options and select the new card, the box disapears, I try and play a game online and the box appears again saying I'm banned. Great.

So I add my Paypal and select that as a payment method. Still no luck.

 

What the hell is happening? All my payment methods I've just added are valid but I'm still suspended.

You need to call support (1800-4My-Xbox) to solve the payment issues.

But I have tried exactly what I've been told to do to get my account back online but it isn't working, just now I added a credit card and it still says I'm suspended when I select it. I don't think calling an Indian call centre will solve my problem...

Ok I have now rectified the problem by fiddling with the payment options on the site. Close topic please.
