Suspended because my credit card couldnt be charged?

I was suspended and i think it was on a credit card that has been canceled because it was lost and i put my new details in and i think they are trying to charge me on my old credit card and i cant do anything...what should i do??????

Sorry that your account has been Suspended in order to work this out you would need to post in the Enforcement team suspension forum: forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx They will be the only one who can make changes on your account and give further detail on why your account hade action taken against it.

You’ll usually need to either update your existing credit card or provide a new credit card for payment. Because of security risks and to protect your personal information (credit card numbers) this will need to be done through Phone Support (1-800-4MY-XBOX), The agent you talk to can verify your information and can take down the new card information and restore the account for you.

Yup, a call to support is the fix for this. Billing department you seek.

This is not a suspension needing the enforcement team's word on.

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us?xr=footnav#0:2:5

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
