Suspended Account?

I'm having a problem with my wife's gamertag.  Everytime we load up the xbox and I connect to xbox live I get a pop-up saying that the billing information isn't accurate and her account is suspended.  About 6 months ago we bought a 1 month Gold subscription.  We kept waiting for the month of Gold to end but it didn't.  It's so long that we thought we maybe did buy 6 months worth but now her account is suspended.  We used my debit card to redeem the 1 month Gold (via marketplace), but when we did it I had already updated my debit information (card #, pin, exp date, etc.) so what should we do?

You would need to call support to get the tag unsuspended.

Anytime you purchase gold through the xbox, it turns on auto-renewal. The account will automatically renew until you call support and have them turn it off. If you don't turn it off, but your card can't pay, then they will suspend the account until you pay off the balance.
