suspended account, mix up in profile name.

Fellowkillla is my profile name I use when I log on on xbl, my acc was suspended cause of my cc#. But when I log on to xbox.com fellowalllik shows up and can't access my acc that I use online. Can you help me with this problem I have.

Read  Ms Ermine's advice again.  You need to call Xbox support to change your CC information.  You can contact them HERE >>>  http://support.xbox.com/contact-us <<<

Hey there! We'd be happy to help.  Can you specify a bit what happens when you "can't access" it.  Do you get a message like "Oop!  That shouldn't have happened!" and maybe some numbers?  If so, please request a call from a billing agent using support.xbox.com/contact-us and we'll get you sorted. :)
