Suddenly, no Live connection???

Played this afternoon with no issues.  Tried to play just now and cannot connect to Live!  Internet connect working fine, tried the tests and it states that I should unplug my router for 30 seconds.  Did all of this and still no connection wired or wireless.  Help!

My xbox just quit being connected as of 35 min ago with the same thing. I was on xbox live and it gliched out when i went to the zune app and then now doing the same exact thing as yours. I am connected to the internet and it just says can not establish conection with xbox live. What is more iritating is that the live tech support will not sucure a conection either.

I just waited 45 minutes then it came back up??? Not sure but will contact a rep asap and post answer her for you.

Hey Tannersville! As a test, are you able to try a direct connection to your router? Will you let us know if this helps your connection issue. If you do still experience the same issues will you then, again as a test, try a direct connection to your modem? Let us know your results!
