Still says that I am a free member

Hello, I recently re subbed on this account and now that the account service says it has been fixed it still shows me as a free member and my bank account has been billed but still nothing?

Same problem here. If you have paid again I would suggest not doing so, because it is indeed charging your account.

Same problem. It gives this message when you click on the Xbox live Status "Were you having issues viewing the Gold account you just upgraded to? The hard work of our engineers has paid off! The issue is resolved. Thanks for all your patience. Go enjoy the golden world!" yet it's still saying i'm a free member.

Here's what you should do, call the Games for Windows LIVE Support support number NOT the Xbox Support support number because it doesn't *** work. There they can refund you're transaction and the money will be returned to your financial institution within 3 days. Once rep gives you your service request number you should be able to repurchase the xbox live since its going to be refunded in a few days anyway. My guess is that any purchases made within the time period of the error haven't gone through and wont go through so the sooner you do this the better.
