Still paying after free membership

I have been an Xbox Gold member for over a year.  In August, I purchased the Office 365 offer, which included a year of Xbox Gold membership.  I obtained and redeemed the code to claim my free year of Xbox Gold membership.  I am still being charged on my credit card on a monthly basis.  How do I get the Xbox Gold membership monthly payment removed from the ongoing billing?
