I am a Comcast user and I tried logging in and it still isn't working.  This is very frustrating.

7pm now in UK.  Still cannot connect. All resets done.  service status page showing an issue for GB but not updated since 09:58am.  Two evenings now and money slipping away on paid up game platforms.  I am somewhat fed up with hearing that the "proper folks" are on it.  They clearly are not the proper folks as it is not fixed!  Is USA all up and running - I bet it is!  Some clear information about the following (my customers would expect nothing less):

1. What is the problem?

2. When is the realistic resolution time (hours/days/months/years/centuries/never)?

3. What are you doing to prevent re-occurrence?

4. What goodwill are going to pass on to your paying customers?
