STILL having Comcast/Technicolor Issues

So I thought that after my third ticket with Comcast, that it had been fixed. Was hardly ever getting dropped, but in the past week I basically get kicked from every other game of FIFA 15, and don't even mention COD: AW. What they did, was enable ports for port forwarding and it "worked" at first, but still I'm having the issue. I assume from searching online that there still is no fix? Worst part is, is that you can't even set the gateway to an older firmware version, because it's set to auto-update and they can't do anything on their end to stop it.... I have the Technicolor Router, through Comcast Xfinity located in Lancaster, PA. I run wireless off of my original Xbox 36o White edition. AND YES, I've deleted profile so many times, cleared the system cache, changed my firewall settings, etc.
