still doesn't work

Hi,

i moved in Japan recently but my gamertag was create in France.

i followed all the migrating process but i still can't  download any game.

How many time does it take to move region?

alss, i have tried many solution i still can't pay with my microsoft points!!

i really don't understand anything cause at the end of the process micosoft told me that my region was changed....

can you help me on that one please?

hi,

it says that "i can't purchase this item from my location"...

i have set up my xbox region to Japan too.

I was thinking about something...when i go through the game market....price are still in EURO...but it should be in YEN as i migrated my region to JAPAN...

if you have a solution..

I would suggest removing your credit card, as that may be the issue. It might not have been re-zoned since you have moved. (Or something along those lines!)

so you suggest me to removing my credit card, and enter infomations again?

i will try this and let you know .

But for me this is not the only problem, cause i have 2200 microsoft points and i would like to use it to download a game.

It says in the migration process that "all my microsoft points" will move with me...guess my points missed the travel or something. ; )

anyway i'm waiting for Miss Ermine's answer.

I just wante to add one thing...

went to "manage your microsoft account"...

i realise that i have now 2 account :

FR-personal account

JP-personal account

and they both have the same "microsoft points" value, so i think the  migration process worked but i still doesn't know why i have 2 account on the same one cause it should be 1 right?

...

Hmmmm. OK, so you migrated the account but you're still seeing the French marketplace?  Have you re-downloaded your profile since you made the migration?  If you haven't yet, please head to the Sign In screen and follow the download steps there.  Let's see if that gets it behaving!

I have a question?

How many time you  changed the acount region?

If the answer is less than 3 days...you havge to wait (that inssue will be resolved (because that the time MS begins the process)

If that time pass wait more 20 days, that´s the normal time for MS transfer ALL your content for new region (ater the time you enter the region transfer).

If don´t resolve in that time enter in contact whif your new local support (the card maybe be a problem because you transfer your adress and maybe that can´t work propely; but your points already buyed still in your account).

I believe in your moving you transfer your card account to your new adress right? if you already do that, do that too in your xbox account, if not, remove the card and start the transfer of this to eliminate future problems in your account.caused by wrong adress.
