STILL cant accept the terms of use read plz

sow i log in on xbox .com then the page comes from terms of use sow i press accept then he ask my parents acc i give my parents acc and it just goes back to terms of use i do it again, again the terms of use wtf can someone ? help me plz ?    on xbox it says error i cant give my parents account it just says error

If the solutions from the ToU FAQ did not work for you, then I suggest that you contact Xbox Phone Support.

They will be able to look into your account and get everything sorted for you.

Mister Brosky i dont get it if i go to online settings xbox says that i dont have any parental control or i dont have a child acc and my dad or mom has never maked a xbox live account sow i maked a xbox live account for my dad and i give it but it dont works and friday and thursday i called xbox i had wait 25min and nobody picks up i have tried 4 times to caal xbox and nobody picks up, What a great customer service does have xbox omg

when i call they ask what its my problem so i take xbox live problems and conecting to it.

then they say wait a couple of min and you will be directed to a employee i have wait 20 min and tried 3 times again nobody picks ub tomorrow i'm gonna try again ;-5

another thing i can suggest you try is goto login.live.com and make sure you have 2 security profs setup you would check those by going to the above site and going to security profs if that does not work i suggest you call 1-800-4myxbox

G'day Gangsta! Sorry for the long wait times, our support teams have been pretty busy lately.

If your account was created before you reached the age of adulthood in your region (it's 18 in most Live-supported regions) then your account is a Child account. It will require parental consent to accept the Terms of Use. When the account was created, it was likely made with a parent account.

If you try to accept the ToU through your console now, is the parent's email field already filled in? If so, that's the account that must be used. If the info for that is gone, your parent can try to reset the password or fully recover the account.

Also, what is the exact error message that appears on your console when you try to accept the ToU?

Let us know, and we'll be happy to continue from there.

Have you tried using another web browser or log out of xbox goto login.live.com sign in parent email or goto commerce.microsoft.com and try accept terms there. If the parent account has a gamertag attached to it, it may be auto login you in under child account still could possible a small glitch in the matrix
