Status code: 807b0198

This is the second time this has happened to me but sometimes when trying to download files using cloud saved games it tells me it's offline and this status code pops up I save everything on cloud so when this happens I can't play with my ranks and awards and settings I've been going through this all day now it was just fine last night what's going on?

There is a service alert regarding the cloud service at the moment. Hopefull it will be restored soon. Please take a look at his page for updates:

For me, this tends to happen when I'm playing on my system using wifi, as there is a download running in the background.  I have two systems I use in my house, one is straight connected while the other is wifi. On a wifi system, if you stop all downloads (cancel them), then go to home screen, the problem seems to fix itself, or at least it did for me.  I don't recall having this issue with my straight connected system.
