Please help and read: (sorry for my bad english, im dutch)

I bought like a year ago xbox live by my dad's Credit cart xbox live. Recently he decided that he didn't want to buy it for me anymore. So i tried several times to stop the membership (on the xbox), so i could just buy it in the store. I had several tries but it just didn't work. So my dad stopped the payment. After that I somehow still received a three months membership (don't know why). So now my xbox live is over, so i bought 4 months xbox live in the store. I typed the code in, so i could start playing. But when i was done, and i clicked on redeem now, it said the following on my screen: Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later. Status code:80169D3A. 

So I waited for like an half hour. Didn't work.

I unplugged and re-plugged my internet cable. Didn't work.

I did my Xbox on and off. Didn't work.

So i got a bit pissed of, because i would play some gamebattles with my friends tonight. I hope I can connect to xbox live before tonight.

PLEASE help me.

Hey Headshotz, I'm afraid it looks like there is an issue with the credit card on file or with the billing information you've provided. What you can do here is, go to http://www.xbox.com/accounts, and make sure that the billing and account information that you provided is accurate and up to date. After you update this information, you'll need to request a call for more billing support. I'd suggest making this call with your dad present so he can verify or provide information if needed.

But i don't wanna pay with my dad's bank account again. I just want to buy cards in the shop.

Hey Headshotz! You're of course welcome to keep paying with prepaid cards, to utilize this though you'll have to first call Phone support since your account is having trouble processing without an accurate method of payment on file.
